- The vision of becoming a recognized leader in the real estate organization, was born out of Elsie Chua’s experience in project development, which dates back to 1986 when she first organized the Silverland Realty & Development Corporation as the Managing Director.
Build and sold residential houses and lots catering to the middle income bracket

Elsie Chua focused towards developing vertical projects which includes developments such as Crisanta Tower (1989) in Pasig and Platinum 1000 (1989)
Gave birth to the project developments such as Platinum 2000 (1990) in Ortigas area and Millennium Plaza (1991) in Makati City., the latter was later introduced as a “full service apartment hotel, an innovative real estate idea that challenged the more popular “condotel” concept at that time.

- The Quadrillion Property Management, Inc. (QPMI), the property development arm of Quadrillion was created with the specific goal of acquiring, enhancing, and maintaining property management contracts. The Millennium Plaza Hotel which ranks among the top hotels in the standards class category, is one of the property being managed by QPMI.

- QPMI handled the property management of Somerset Millennium Suites in Makati City.
- Development and Marketing of High-Rise establishments.
- The outstanding success in marketing these projects resulted to Elsie Chua founding her own group in 1994.
